The B&B is conveniently located right next to a bus stop that takes you to Venice in just 25-30 minutes. the beautiful riverside and nearby lake provide a tranquil setting. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. the friendly staff provides excellent service, and the delicious breakfast is a great start to the day.
Some guests have mentioned that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which may be a drawback for those who prefer cooler temperatures.

Clean and spacious bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near bus stop to Venice, cozy and warm room, good breakfast options including a coffee machine.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the bathroom was spacious and easy to use. The location is perfect, as it is very close to a bus stop that takes you to Venice in just a 25-30 minute drive. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast provided was excellent, and we enjoyed the nice countryside view from our room.

The location of the B&B was perfect for exploring Venice. It was just a short bus ride away from Piazza de Roma, making it extremely convenient. The bus station was only 5 minutes away from the B&B, and there was a bus every hour, so we didn't have to wait long for transportation. the B&B had a lovely terrace where we enjoyed spending our evenings, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
It was rather basic and lacked variety. We were hoping for a more substantial meal to start off our mornings.

the private facilities were exceptional, with modern facilities that catered for all my needs. the location was perfect, being situated in an ideal area that granted me easy access to transportation to the nearby cities.
The only minor issue I encountered was the restaurant; although the food was superb, the dining area was located outside which took away from the luxurious experience that the hotel offered.

Great location with easy access to public transport, comfortable beds, and amazing breakfast. the room was spacious and quiet which made it perfect to enjoy a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful, they provided us with useful information about the area and recommended some great restaurants. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the attention to detail.
